BIRN online database of public tenders
BIRN Serbia, in partnership with Civic Initiatives and a team of researchers from 16 local civil society organizations, has launched an online database of public competitions.
The database enables monitoring of budget expenditures in the sectors of media and public information, culture and arts, civil society organizations, and youth.
