The delegation met with representatives of key French institutions—including the Ministry of the Interior, the Ministry of Culture, the Court of Appeal in Paris, and the Office of the Public Prosecutor—as well as organizations such as Reporters Without Borders, the National Union of Journalists (SNJ-CGT), the investigative portal Mediapart, the French Observatory for Media Freedom, the Council for Ethics and Mediation in Journalism, and UNESCO.

During the visit, the SRG was recognized as a unique national mechanism and a successful multi-stakeholder platform for enhancing the safety of journalists, despite the challenges it has faced since its establishment in 2017.

This project was implemented with financial support from the European Union through the EU program in Serbia, with the support of the French Embassy in Belgrade and the Permanent Mission of France to the OSCE.
