At the media competition in Subotica, the highest amount of funding for media was awarded to Vladan Stefanović.
The Mayor of Subotica, Stevan Bakić, has issued a Decision on the distribution of a total of 35,200,000 dinars for co-financing projects for the production of media content in the field of public information in 2026. The largest amount of funding was awarded to the media of Vladan Stefanović, receiving 14.8 million dinars, while Yu Eco received 9.6 million dinars.

Funds have been allocated to 21 projects, selected from a total of 45 submitted applications.
Radio Subotica received 5,000,000 dinars for the project "Information in Three Languages," which was rated with the highest score of 96.33 points.
Next is YU ECO DOO Subotica, which was awarded a total of 9,600,000 dinars for two projects: "Nikola Tesla, A Biography" (4,800,000 dinars, 95.33 points) and "Olympians of Subotica" (4,800,000 dinars, 93.67 points).
Following on the list is VTV DOO Subotica with the project "This is Subotica" receiving 4,000,000 dinars, Magazin Dani d.o.o. for the project "Subotica in Cyrillic" which received 3,600,000 dinars, and City Radio DOO Subotica with the project "Subotica Sports Stories" amounting to 2,200,000 dinars. Nove Subotičke novine was allocated 1,500,000 dinars, while 024Media received 1,900,000 dinars, and Fondacija Panonija received 1,710,000 dinars for three projects.
Impres from Bačka Topola also received 1,000,000 dinars for the project "More Smiles, More Babies."
From Novi Sad media, Dnevnik Vojvodina Press received 1,320,000 dinars for the project "Secessionist Heritage of Subotica," while Dnevnik – Poljoprivrednik received 800,000 dinars for a project dedicated to ecological practices in Subotica.
The commission determined that the minimum score for funding was 60 points. The lowest-rated funded project, "Bocko" – Culture and Tradition of the Bunjevci, from the NGO "Bunjevac Youth Center," received 63.33 points and 150,000 dinars.
Other media received amounts less than one million dinars.
Funds will be disbursed in accordance with the revenue dynamics of the City of Subotica budget for 2026, and beneficiaries are required to complete the projects by the end of the year and submit a report within 30 days after completion, as stated in the resolution.
