The workshop, led by Ilir Gaši, was intended for the media to gain specific knowledge about writing projects of public interest, in accordance with the Law on Public Information and Media, as well as projects for international organizations.

Nearly 30 representatives from media outlets in Belgrade, Zrenjanin, Novi Sad, Stara Pazova, Inđija, Šabac, Lazarevac, Leskovac, Niš, Zaječar, Užice, Vranje, Kraljevo, and Niš attended the training, along with representatives from the Faculty of Philosophy in Niš and civil society organizations from Belgrade.

The training also provided an opportunity for the exchange of experiences regarding participation in this year's project co-financing process, particularly in the competitions announced by the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications and local government authorities.

Previous training sessions were held in Subotica, Požarevac, Novi Sad, Niš, Novi Pazar, Čačak, Vranje, and Kragujevac.

The training was organized as part of the project by the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) titled "Participatory Monitoring of the Implementation of the Project Co-Financing Process," which is supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the MATRA program. ANEM is solely responsible for the content of the workshop, which does not necessarily reflect the official views of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
