Participatory monitoring of the implementation of project co-financing.

The project “Participatory Monitoring of the Implementation of the Co-Financing Process for Projects – Building a Sustainable System for Ensuring the Highest Quality Participation of the Media Community and the Most Efficient Use of State Budget Funds for the Improvement of Media Content of Public Interest” aims to ensure the protection and promotion of the legally defined public interest and public funds in the implementation of the co-financing institute for media content.

The goal of the project is to empower the media community and the civil sector through the mobilization, motivation, and coordination of key members for applying and participating in selection committees at all levels of government. This participation ensures the monitoring of the co-financing process, the creation of quality and comprehensive databases, and detailed analyses of the implementation of project co-financing.

Through this project, ANEM, with the support of relevant journalistic associations and media organizations, advocates for the consistent adherence to the Media Strategy and the Law on Public Information and Media in the domain of the project co-financing institute for professional media, while enhancing the capabilities and knowledge of both local media for developing quality public interest projects for competition applications, and groups of experts, members of selection committees, regarding the functioning of the project co-financing institute itself and new legal solutions and regulations.
