Project co-financing: 58 million to Alou and Informer, 50 million to Radoica Milosavljević in media competitions.
Based on the competition for project co-financing of media content in Serbia for the year 2026, funds have thus far been distributed to 45 local governments, totaling over 556 million dinars.

Three local governments are still delayed in publishing the calls for proposals for this year, given that the deadline was March 1. These are Surdulica, Vrbas, and Gadžin Han.
According to an analysis by the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) on the first 45 completed media calls, the most funding was received by Zona plus from Niš - over 27 million dinars from Pirot, Dimitrovgrad, Svrljig, and Niš, followed by INI media with 26 million dinars, and Radiotelevizija Pančevo - totaling over 25 million dinars from the local governments of Pančevo, Bački Petrovac, Plandište, Alibunar, Kovin, and Opovo.
More than 20 million dinars from the previous calls were allocated to Televizija Pirot, RTV Novi Pazar, Radio Televizija Kraljevo, and Ibarske Novosti, each receiving nearly 20 million dinars, while Radio Televizija Trstenik and Vision Craft from Niš received over 15 million each. Between 10 and 15 million dinars were awarded to Vranjska Plus, RTV Vranje, RTV Kruševac, and RTV Caribrod.
When looking at ownership, the highest amount of funding went to tabloid publishers Alo and Informer, who are record holders for violating the Journalist Code of Serbia – Alo Media System and Insajder Team along with their subsidiary companies. They have received a total of over 58 million dinars from previous calls.
Insajder Team received two million dinars in Vršac, while Alo Media System received a total of 4.5 million dinars in Kragujevac, Pančevo, Vršac, and Plandište.
Their joint subsidiary Best Media Team, which has acquired several local media outlets in Serbia since the beginning of the year, has so far won over 26 million dinars in media calls, distributed across Užice, Nova Varoš, Požega, Priboj, Čajetina, Valjevo, Mionica, Vladimircima, Niš, and Gornji Milanovac. The distribution includes 10 million dinars for TV-5 Užice, 5,900,000 dinars for Konzum Lav Čačak, 4,950,000 dinars for the Information Center Priboj, and nearly 4.5 million dinars for Televizija V5 from Valjevo.
INI media, which is co-owned by Alo Media System and publishes the unregistered television and portal NišTV, has so far received one million dinars for project co-financing of media content in Pirot and 25 million dinars in Niš.
Furthermore, media companies from the group of Radoica Milosavljević have also received more than 50 million dinars to date, including for RTV Kruševac, TV Pirot, TV Leskovac, RTV Caribrod, TV Požega, RTV Brus, and Kanal M.
Interestingly, Zaple Media Group, which just launched several local media outlets at the beginning of this year, with Gradimir Banković from the Center for Social Stability as the editor-in-chief, has received support for two projects so far – 2.1 million dinars in Užice and one million dinars in Požega.
