Manja Grčić is no longer an owner of the companies that own Tanjug and K1.

As a reminder, she was the owner of 20 percent of the company Minacord Media, which is the publisher of the cable television K1, while the remaining 80 percent of the shares belong to Željko Joksimović. According to data from the Business Registers Agency, Joksimović now holds 84 percent, while 16 percent is recorded as "own share."

This company also owned 40 percent of the ownership of the company Tačno, which includes the agency and television Tanjug, meaning that Manja Grčić is no longer a co-owner of these media outlets either. The remaining 60 percent of this company is in the hands of Radiotelevizija Pančevo.

The marketing agency Majo Public was until today 50 percent owned by Manja Grčić and 50 percent by Jovana Joksimović, but now the entire agency has been transferred to the business partner of the new director of RTS.

As a reminder, Manja Grčić was appointed as the director of RTS on February 11, and until today she was also the director and co-owner of three other companies.

The new directors of these three companies are, as reported this morning by ANEM, Jovana Joksimović at Tačno, Jasmina Bojović at Minacord Media, and Jelica Lepori at Majo Public.
