ANEM database: Radoica Milosavljević received 133 million from state competitions in 2025.

The media group owned by Radoica Milosavljević received 133 million dinars, or more than 1.1 million euros, from the state budget in the project co-financing competitions for media content in 2025, which is nearly one-twelfth of the total funds allocated in all competitions in Serbia.

Data from the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) combined with ownership data from the Business Registers Agency (APR) indicate that at least 12 companies owned by Milosavljević received support for 97 projects in various competitions last year.

The largest amount of funding went to Radio-Television Kruševac, which received over 24 million dinars for 17 projects. In second place is TV Pirot, which received support for seven projects worth 22.6 million dinars, followed by TV Leskovac, which was granted funding for the co-financing of ten projects amounting to 20.8 million dinars.

  3. TV Leskovac – 20,800,000 (10 projects)
  4. RTV Kanal M (Paraćin) – 15,750,000 (14 projects)
  5. RTV Caribrod (Dimitrovgrad) – 13,200,000 (6 projects)
  6. SOS Kanal Plus – 8,000,000 (7 projects)
  7. TV Telemark (Čačak) – 6,600,000 (7 projects)
  8. TV Požega – 5,750,000 (6 projects)
  9. Santos Commerce (Zrenjanin) – 5,400,000 (5 projects)
  10. RTV Brus – 4,830,000 (9 projects)
  11. RTV Bačka Palanka – 3,600,000 (7 projects)
  12. Center for Information Novi Kneževac – 2,400,000 (2 projects)

A similar example, it should be noted, exists in the case of a network of 30 media outlets owned by Slavko Stijaković, which received 50,253,000 dinars for 117 projects in competitions last year.
