"Mental stretching" is being broadcast from abroad due to threats: I have two children, I don't want anyone coming to my place.
The new season of "Mental Gymnastics" on TV Nova has started from exile, as the show's creators, Marko Stepanović and Srđan Jovanović, no longer feel safe performing their work in Belgrade.

Jovanović explained in today's episode of "Mental Gymnastics" that everything started with the police interrupting their performance in Niš, followed by the cancellation of performances and increasingly open threats.
"It started with those impossibilities and pressures to the point that, brother, I no longer feel safe in the city where I was born, in Belgrade. After a few recent performances where I returned, I look around a bit, you know, to make sure three or four guys don’t jump out of the dark, you understand? From Ćacilend, brother, guys who want to learn," Jovanović said.
As a result, the new season of "Mental Gymnastics" will be broadcast from Ljubljana.
"Watching what is happening, I told Mare, even at the cost of there being no more Gymnastics, I can't endure this any longer. I have two children; I don’t want anything to happen to them, I don’t want anyone threatening them, I don’t want anyone coming to my place," Jovanović explained.
Therefore, he decided to go to Slovenia, at least, as he emphasized, "to work at the cash register in Spar."
"I'm going because I don’t want to put my family in danger, and then Mare and I talked, we spoke with the television, and this opportunity arose to work from Ljubljana, from this beautiful studio, with these wonderful people, 'especially disgusting Slovenians' (a reference to offensive remarks made by President Vučić, note from N1)," Jovanović explained.
Stepanović added that it is particularly devastating when one’s own country characterizes you as a "terrorist, foreign mercenary, traitor, criminal, and scum from the bottom of the barrel."
