The deadline for candidate applications for the project evaluation committees has been shortened to December 20th.
The Ministry of Information and Telecommunications informs the public that on November 10, 2025, the Regulation on Amendments and Supplements to the Regulation on Co-financing Projects for Achieving Public Interest in the Field of Public Information was adopted (“Official Gazette of the RS”, number 98/25).
One of the most important amendments is in Article 20 of the Regulations, which stipulates that journalistic and media associations, theorists, analysts, and practitioners in the field of media can apply for registration in the Register of Candidates for Commission Members via the Unified Information System (JIS) by December 20 in the year preceding the year of the competition announcement.
In this regard, the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications emphasizes that the deadline for candidate applications for registration in the Register of Candidates for Commission Members is December 20, 2025.
As a reminder, the Ministry announced in September that the application deadline would be until December 31, which means that this deadline has now been shortened by 11 days.
