The court ruled: The Center for Social Stability harmed the reputation of N1 and Nova S.
The Basic Court in Novi Sad has issued a first-instance ruling stating that the Center for Social Stability has harmed the reputation of N1 and Nova S by broadcasting a video featuring the logos and journalists of these two outlets, along with claims that they "lie and have sown hatred."

As a reminder, the Center for Social Stability is an organization based in Novi Sad that is behind several films targeting government critics, which have been broadcast by national frequency television stations.
The court determined that the defendant, the Center for Social Stability, damaged its reputation by making available to the public a video containing footage featuring the logos of N1 and Nova S television stations, along with claims that their journalists lie and spread hatred.
According to the ruling, the video was published on March 25, 26, 27, and 28, 2025, on the Pink, Prva, B92, and K1 television stations, and on March 28, 2025, on the center's account on the social network "X."
The ruling prohibits the publication of the video on any television or social media, and the Center for Social Stability is obligated to publish the ruling on TV Pink, at its own expense, without comments or delays, within eight days from the finality of the ruling. The defendant is also required to cover the legal costs amounting to 145,650 dinars. The defendant has the right to appeal.
