The media company RT Balkan has terminated its cooperation with 20 to 30 media workers, as confirmed to the Journalists' Association of Serbia (UNS) by this media outlet. One of the reasons for the termination of cooperation mentioned was the introduction of artificial intelligence tools.

Professor Dubravka Valić Nedeljković, who resigned from her position as a member of the REM Council along with three other elected members, stated on the UNS website that their agreement is to return only if they receive guarantees that the ninth member will be elected after the elections for the national councils and on the condition that Ištvan Bodžoni is not on the list for candidate alignment.

“On the street, they attack me, push me, and threaten to cut off my head. Five journalists are in life-threatening danger. We practically have no protection.”
