ANEM: Unacceptable discrimination against the editorial offices of Bečejski mozaik and Webinfo at the SNS gathering in Bačko Gradište.
The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the discrimination against journalists from the Bečej Mosaic and Webinfo editorial offices at the gathering of the Serbian Progressive Party (SNS) in Bačko Gradište.

ANEM ALARM: The police allowed the assailants to prevent gatherings and attack journalists, instead of securing the reported event in Pirot.
The police intervention unit has taken to the streets of Pirot, not to secure the reported Pride caravan, but to allow hooligans and perpetrators to freely spread hatred and homophobia, while shouting: "Kill, kill the faggot!"

The authorities are attempting to conceal the crime committed on March 15, 2025, through the persecution of journalists.
The persecution of journalist and military analyst Aleksandar Radić continues with the filing of a criminal complaint following the unlawful search and seizure of his computer, phone, and other materials.

ANEM ALARM: Identify and process the individual who is threatening Branislav Šovljanski and his family.
The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the threats directed at the news director of N1 television, Branislav Šovljanski, and his family, and calls on the relevant authorities to urgently identify and prosecute the perpetrator.

Journalistic and Media Associations: Reassess the results of the media competition and the work of the commission in Šabac.
Journalistic and media associations (the Association of Independent Electronic Media ANEM, the Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia NUNS, Lokal Pres, and the Association of Media) demand that the local government in Šabac and the relevant Ministry of Information and Telecommunications urgently reconsider the decision regarding the allocation of funds in the competition for project co-financing of media content in that city, as well as the work of the competition committee that evaluated the projects.

ANEM ALARM: Relevant institutions must urgently respond to the targeting of Đorđe Mijailović on V5 television.
The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the spread of falsehoods and the targeting of journalists and correspondents from Nova S, specifically Đorđe Mijailović, in the programming of Valjevo Television V5. It calls on the relevant authorities, primarily the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications and the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM), to respond urgently.

ANEM ALARM: In the first half of the year, the prosecution has opened 45 percent more cases due to attacks on journalists.
According to the records of the Supreme Public Prosecutor's Office, in the first half of this year, 71 cases related to threats and attacks on female and male journalists were opened in the prosecutor's offices in Serbia. Of that number, 37 cases were opened in the Special Public Prosecutor's Office – Department for the Fight Against High-Tech Crime of the Higher Public Prosecutor's Office in Belgrade.

ANEM ALARM: The Secretary of the Assembly of the Municipality of Aranđelovac filed a criminal complaint against the editor of the media outlet eStvarnost.
At the police station in Aranđelovac, the editor of the media outlet eStvarnost, Dragan Todorović, made a statement regarding the criminal complaint filed by Đorđe Riznić, the secretary of the Assembly of the Municipality of Aranđelovac, for "false reporting."

Journalistic and media associations and unions: Citizens' money for propaganda, retaliation against critical and professional media.
The system of competitive co-financing of media content in Serbia increasingly loses its meaning and moves away from its fundamental purpose – as established by law – and the results of this year's competitions organized by the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications indicate that it has experienced a complete failure.
