ANEM alert: Equipment taken from the Blockade Info editorial office has not yet been returned by the Rectorate in Novi Sad.
The student editorial team "Blokada Info" has still not received all the equipment that was confiscated from them on September 5 of this year at the Rectorate in Novi Sad, when the police, along with the rector, entered the premises and held students and citizens confined for several hours.

ANEM alarm: Following the announcement of the student's murder, a member of the SNS Executive Board spreads hate speech against the media.
Member of the Main Board of the largest ruling party SNS, Siniša Vučinić, after recently announcing on Informer the murder of student P. C., has now posted a message on social media spreading hate speech and targeting and insulting citizens who are protesting, as well as journalists and the media.

The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the endangerment of the safety of student and activist P.C. by Siniša Vučinić on TV Informer, who made a disturbing announcement about a potential murder. Although Vučinić later apologized and stated that he mentioned it only hypothetically, this does not justify the publicly spoken word and intimidation, and it is unacceptable to mention names and target individuals in such a context.

Frequent targets of threats and attacks: Let’s protect journalism professors and students.
Smiljana Milinkov, a journalism professor and head of the Department of Media Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy in Novi Sad, has received a death threat. A message arrived at the official address of the faculty: "The Black Hand has marked you."

ANEM on the claims of the Russian service: A coordinated propaganda effort against independent and professional media.
The Russian intelligence services claim that critical and independent media, with the help of the European Union, aim to provoke a "Serbian Maidan." The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) assesses this as conducting a special propaganda war that further endangers the safety of journalists and local media that professionally report on events in Serbia.
