Media associations and journalist associations (Association of Independent Electronic Media, Independent Journalists Association of Serbia, Association of Journalists of Serbia, Local Press and Media Association) agreed on a proposal regarding the necessary changes in the process of project co-financing of media content, which was officially sent to the addresses of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications.

The President of the Board of the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) and member of the Permanent Working Group for Journalist Safety, Veran Matić, today reported to the Prosecutor's Office for High-Tech Crime threats made on the social network X directed towards N1, Nova, Danas, and Brankica Stanković and Insider.

The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the airing of a photograph of student Nikolina and the commentary surrounding it on the Informer television program, deeming this action by the editor-in-chief of that media outlet, Dragan J. Vučićević, as unprofessional, unacceptable, contrary to all ethical standards, and in violation of the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

Response of the City Administration of Vranje to ANEM's questions regarding journalist safety
After Veran Matić, the president of the Board of the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) and a member of the Permanent Working Group for the Safety of Journalists, sent a letter on August 11 to the City of Vranje, Mayor Slobodan Milenković, and the Head of the City Administration Dušan Aritonović regarding the violence of the director of JKP "Komrad," Zoran Dimitrijević, towards journalist Jelena Stojković of Večernje Novosti during the performance of her journalistic duties, as well as concerning the demolition of an illegally constructed facility that had blocked part of OK Radio's premises, a response from the Head of the City Administration of Vranje was received just 10 days later, which we are publishing in its entirety.

The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the threats directed at the editorial team of the IN Media portal, which have led to a criminal complaint for the act of endangering safety being filed with the Prosecutor's Office for High-Tech Crime against the individual who sent the threatening message.
