ANEM database: Finally, all documentation for funding media projects is available in one place.
The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) has published a public online database of all announced competitions for project co-financing of media content of public interest in Serbia for the current year at all levels of government.

The database on the ANEM website currently contains all data and documentation for 174 competitions announced this year by the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications, the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina, and local self-governments.
This comprehensive and searchable platform provides all documentation published to date on the Unified Information System (UIS) of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications for each competition—decisions and resolutions on the announcement of competitions, the amount and distribution of funds, appointments of project evaluation committees, rankings of media projects, and other relevant documents.
The database can be searched by the name of the competition and by source, i.e., by the name of the body that announced the competition.
The database is regularly updated with new competitions, data, and documentation in accordance with announcements on the official platform of the Ministry's UIS.
The goal of creating the database is to enhance the transparency of the project co-financing process for media content in Serbia, considering that mandatory documentation is not regularly and promptly published on the websites of those announcing competitions, nor on the UIS.
The database is available at this link.
The database was created as part of the project by the Association of Independent Electronic Media “Participatory Monitoring of the Project Co-Financing Process,” which is supported by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the MATRA program. ANEM is solely responsible for the content, which does not necessarily reflect the official views of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
