One category in question: List of approved candidates for members of the REM Council.
Candidates for the Council of the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM) have been agreed upon in all nine categories. Authorized proposers selected two candidates in each category. Among them, the Assembly will ultimately choose one candidate to join the Council.

Nine members of the informal body Coordination of National Councils of National Minorities illegally voted at the meeting regarding the harmonization of national minority councils, which was a surprise for the authorized proposers from the Albanian and Bosniak councils, reports Cenzolovka on platform X.
"This body was illegally brought to the meeting, evidently only to vote for the candidate of the Hungarian national minority, Ištvan Bodžoni. The voting results indicate that, without the votes from the Coordination Body, the candidates from the Bosniak and Albanian national councils — Muhedin Fijuljanin and Ljumturije Ameti — would have entered the parliamentary procedure," Cenzolovka stated.
As they note, according to the recently concluded harmonization of candidates for the REM Council, the outcome regarding the illegal election in the category of "councils of national minorities" could play a decisive role in whether the regulatory body will be under government control.
"If the law is respected, the harmonization in that category would have to be repeated. It is evident that in that case, the candidate from the Hungarian minority would be eliminated, so ultimately in the REM Council, out of nine members, five would be unaffected by the government," Cenzolovka writes.
