The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the insults directed at Mihajlo Stojković, the editor-in-chief of the portal InfoVranjske.rs, by Darko Stanojević, a member of the City Committee of the Socialist Party of Serbia in Vranje and head of one of the departments at the Health Center in Vranje, on social media, including attacks on his family.

The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the statements made by the Minister for Public Investments Darko Glišić and Member of Parliament Marijan Rističević, who targeted journalists from N1 television on a national frequency television channel, misleading the public and thereby jeopardizing their safety.

The proposing organizations submit a public and formal request to the National Assembly and the Committee for Culture and Media due to a serious violation of the Law on Electronic Media in the process of selecting members of the REM Council, which occurred on October 21, 2025, through the actions and decisions of the Professional Service of the National Assembly. Although the Committee's report from October 14, 2025, clearly established the list of authorized proposers and candidates, the Professional Service allowed representatives from nine national councils, who do not have the status of authorized proposers, to attend and vote, thereby directly violating Article 13 of the Law on Electronic Media. The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) calls on the relevant authorities, police, and prosecution to urgently respond to the recent threats received by the editorial office of N1 television.

Co-author of the show “Good, Bad, Evil” Nenad Kulačin received a disturbing threatening message on his Facebook profile from an account belonging to a certain Saša Trajković. In the audio recording, which is accompanied by uncontrolled outbursts of anger, profanity and disturbing threats can be heard.

The co-author of the show "Good, Bad, Evil" received a violent threat on his Facebook profile, which has more than 56,000 followers, from an account named "Predrag Nenad." Alongside a series of insults and disturbing messages and curses, mentioning family members, the perpetrator states, "When I see you, you will get it in the a**... but dirty... from behind..."

The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) has reported to the High-Tech Crime Prosecutor's Office threats of death to employees in the Danas editorial office that were received in comments on one of the articles on their portal.

The Independent Journalists' Association of Vojvodina (NDNV) and the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemn the threats directed at the female journalists of the Subotica portal Magločistač and urge institutions to finally respond to the increasingly frequent attacks on journalists, whose safety is seriously endangered.

The editorial office of the FAR portal from Dimitrovgrad reported a threat that was made via a phone call on October 11 to the portal's journalist Sergej Ivanov by D.V. According to Ivanov, during the conversation, D.V. said: "...those who write lies about me could have something happen to them..."
