Amended Regulation: A person may be a member of no more than 20 project evaluation committees.
The same person cannot be a member of more than 20 committees for the evaluation of media projects during one year, as stipulated by the Regulation on Amendments and Supplements to the Regulation on Co-financing Projects for the Achievement of Public Interest in the Field of Public Information, which was adopted on November 10 of this year.

As a reminder, there have been no restrictions so far, which is why we had the case that during 2025, independent expert Branimir Grulović was a member of 65 different committees, Branislav Sančanin in 52, and Miodrag Miljković, a candidate from the Center for Media Culture and Education, in 32 committees.
Following them are Slavoljub Ristić representing the Professional Association of Journalists of Serbia (PROUNS) with participation in 26 committees, Miloš Rajković on behalf of the Radio Station Association "RAB Serbia," and Dragana Stefanović representing the Association of Radio and Television of Serbia with 22 committees each.
The complete analysis of committee members is available at the link.
The media associations and journalists' organizations (the Association of Independent Electronic Media, the Independent Journalists' Association of Serbia, the Journalists' Association of Serbia, Local Press, and the Media Association) reached an agreement in August this year on a proposal regarding necessary changes in the process of project co-financing of media content, which was officially sent to the addresses of the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications.
Among those proposals was a request to limit the number of committees in which one person can participate during the year to five.
The response to this request for changes never arrived from the Ministry, and considering that the application process for committee members has begun, it was noted that no proposals regarding changes to the candidate scoring system were adopted.
The deadline for applications for committee members, initially set for December 31 of this year, has been shortened to December 20.
The list of organizations that received the most financial resources in the media content project co-financing competitions has been published at THIS LINK.
