The first 100 media tenders: Alou, Informer, and their subsidiary companies nearly 100 million dinars.
Based on the 100 completed competitions for project co-financing of media content in Serbia for the year 2026, funds totaling over one billion dinars have been distributed.

Three local governments are still delayed in publishing the competition for this year, given that the deadline was March 1, namely Surdulica, Vrbas, and Gadžin Han.
According to the analysis by the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) on the first 100 completed media competitions, the highest amount of funding was received by Radiotelevizija Pančevo – nearly 31.5 million dinars, followed by Kopernikus Cable Network from Niš with 30.5 million, Zona plus from Niš with 29.6 million, and INI media from Niš with 26 million.
More than 20 million dinars in previous competitions were allocated to Televizija Pirot, RTV Novi Pazar, Radio Televizija Kraljevo, and Ibarske Novosti, each receiving nearly 20 million, while VTV from Subotica received 18 million, and Sremska S from Šid, Dnevnik Poljoprivrednik, and Dnevnik Vojvodina Press each received 16 million. Radio Televizija Trstenik received 15 million, the same as Vision Craft from Niš.
Between 10 and 15 million were awarded to Vranjska Plus, RTV Vranje, RTV Kruševac, RTV Caribrod, TV-5, Radio Televizija Bačka Palanka, Medija Centar Kovačica, RTV Šumadija, and Novosadska TV.
In terms of ownership, the highest funding went to the publishers of tabloids Alo and Informer, who are record holders for violating the Journalists' Code of Serbia – Alo Media System and Insajder Team along with their subsidiary companies. They have received a total of 98.7 million dinars in previous competitions.
Insajder Team received 12 million dinars, while Alo Media System received a total of 11.7 million dinars.
Their joint subsidiary, Best Media Team, which has acquired several local media outlets in Serbia since the beginning of the year, has so far won over 49 million dinars in media competitions. This has been distributed as follows: 12 million dinars for TV-5 Užice, 13 million for Radio Televizija Bačka Palanka, 6.5 million for Konzum Lav Čačak, 6.5 million for Informational Center Priboj, 5 million for Televizija V5 from Valjevo, 5 million for Televizija Kikinda, and 1.3 million for Lotel Plus.
INI media, which is co-owned by Alo Media System and is the publisher of the unregistered television and portal NišTV, has received 1 million dinars for project co-financing of media content in Pirot and as much as 25 million in Niš to date.
Additionally, media houses from the group of Radoica Milosavljević have received over 76.3 million dinars so far, including RTV Kruševac, TV Pirot, TV Leskovac, RTV Caribrod, TV Požega, RTV Brus, Kanal M, SOS Kanal Plus, and the Information Center Novi Kneževac.
Companies of Goran Lalić - Srbija Danas, which owns Novosadska TV and also has Dnevnik Vojvodina Press, have so far received nearly 35.5 million dinars based on media competitions.
The media of Vladan Stefanović from Subotica – VTV, Magazin Dani, Radio Subotica, and City Radio have received a total of more than 27 million dinars to date, while the media houses of Aleksandar Vučić from Šid – Sremska S Television, Sremski M Radio, and Sremske Novine, in which he holds just over six percent ownership, have been co-financed to date with more than 20.5 million dinars.
Following are the media houses of Danilo Babin - Vesti sa Sever and its subsidiary Hashtag Digital Media Group from Novi Sad. These two publishers, under which operate the media NS Uživo, Vojvodina Uživo, Moja Bačka Topola, and Moj Vrbas, along with the unregistered Dokumentarna TV registered at the same address, have received a total of 19.4 million dinars in the completed media competitions to date.
The media of Slavko Stijaković, specifically 18 of them, have currently received support worth more than 15 million dinars. These include the publishers Radio Fruška Gora, Televizija Fruška Gora, Vidik sa Cera, Peto-tri 1941, Portal Ćilim, Vojvoda 1914, Narcis i Jorgovan, Omorika i Bor, Portal Lazarica, Portal Koštana, Heroji Morave, Portal Ramonda, Braničevski Kas, Plavinac, SS Turistička Televizija, Portal Voz, Zlatni Vir, and Radio Breg.
As a co-owner with Stijaković in Radio Fruška Gora, Televizija Fruška Gora, Radio Breg, Gradska M Televizija, and RTC Srem is Aleksandar Milutinović, who also owns TV Apatin, which has so far received more than six million dinars in competitions, and is the director of Zogaks from Gornji Milanovac, which has received two million dinars.
It is also interesting that Zaple Media Group, which only started several local media outlets at the beginning of this year, where the chief editor is Gradimir Banković from the Center for Social Stability, has received support for four projects so far worth 6.6 million dinars – 2.1 million in Užice, 1.5 million from Vojvodina, two million in Aranđelovac, and one million dinars in Požega.
The recently founded Association of Independent Journalists (ANS) received 1,110,000 dinars in Belgrade and 500,000 dinars in Novi Sad.
