Results of 140 competitions: 154 million for Alo and Informer and their companies, 120 million for the media of Radoica Milosavljević.

Based on the 140 completed competitions for project co-financing of media content in Serbia for the year 2026, funds totaling 1.7 billion dinars have been distributed.

Three local governments are still delayed in publishing the announcements for this year's competitions, considering that the deadline was March 1. These are Surdulica, Vrbas, and Gadžin Han, and in another 18 municipalities, the decisions on the allocation of funds have not been published.

According to the analysis by the Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) on the first 140 completed media competitions, the highest amount of funds was awarded to Zona plus from Niš – 41.4 million dinars, followed by VTV from Subotica with 35.9 million, Radiotelevizija Pančevo with a total of 35.6 million dinars, Kopernikus Cable Network from Niš with 31.3 million, RTV Vranje with 28.8 million, INI media from Niš with 27.5 million, and Novosadska TV with 26.3 million.

More than 20 million dinars from the previous competitions also went to Vranjska Plus, RTV Kruševac, RTV Novi Pazar, Dnevnik Vojvodina Press, Televizija Pirot, TV-5, Televizija Leskovac, Radio Televizija Kraljevo, and Ibarske Novosti.

When looking at ownership, the highest amount of funds was awarded to tabloid publishers Alo and Informer, who are record holders for violating the Journalists' Code of Ethics in Serbia – Alo media system and Insider team along with their subsidiaries. They have received a total of more than 154.5 million dinars in previous competitions.

Insider Team received 14.5 million dinars, while Alo media system received a total of 18.2 million dinars.

Their joint subsidiary, Best Media Team, which has purchased several local media outlets in Serbia since the beginning of the year, has won nearly 94.3 million dinars in media competitions to date. This has been allocated as follows: 17 million for Radio Televizija Bačka Palanka, 21.1 million for TV-5 Užice, 11.8 million for Konzum lav Čačak, 11 million for Informational Center Priboj, 6.7 million for Televizija V5 from Valjevo, 11 million for Televizija Kikinda, 8.5 million for Lotel Plus, 2.7 million for Santos from Zrenjanin, and nearly 4.5 million for Radio Televizija Majdanpek, which has recently come under their ownership.

INI media, which is co-owned by Alo media system and is the publisher of the unregistered television and portal NišTV, has received 27.5 million dinars to date for project co-financing of media content.

Furthermore, in terms of the amount of funds, media houses from the Radoica Milosavljević group have received 120.7 million dinars so far, including RTV Kruševac, TV Pirot, TV Leskovac, RTV Caribrod, TV Požega, RTV Brus, Kanal M, SOS kanal plus, Telemark, and the Information Center in Novi Kneževac.

The media owned by Vladan Stefanović from Subotica – VTV, Magazin Dani, Radio Subotica, and City Radio have so far received a total of 61.5 million dinars, while the companies of Goran Lalić - Srbija Danas, which owns Novosadska TV and also publishes Dnevnik Vojvodina Press, have received a total of 54.9 million dinars from media competitions to date.

The owner of Radiotelevizija Pančevo, Tatjana Cuk, who also owns 60 percent of the company Tačno from Belgrade, which publishes Tanjug, has generated a total of 45 million dinars from these two media firms in competitions.

The media of Slavko Stijaković, including 30 outlets, have so far been supported with nearly 44.5 million dinars. This includes publishers such as Radio Fruška Gora, Televizija Fruška Gora, Vidik sa Cera, Peto-tri 1941, Portal Ćilim, Vojvoda 1914, Narcis and jorgovan, Omorika and bor, Portal Lazarica, Portal Koštana, Heroji Morave, Portal Ramonda, Braničevski kas, Plavinac, SS Turistička televizija, Portal Voz, Zlatni vir, Skadarlija, Banatski let, Naše trube, Cvet na Tisi, Šest žica, Tvrđava, Talasi Dunava, Hej Salaši, Devič, Božur, RTC Srem, Gradska M televizija, and Radio Breg.

As a co-owner with Stijaković in Radio Fruška Gora, Televizija Fruška Gora, Radio Breg, Gradska M televizija, and RTC Srem is Aleksandar Milutinović, who also owns TV Apatin, which has so far received 13 million dinars in competitions, and is also the director of Zogaks from Gornji Milanovac, which has received 3.2 million dinars.

The media companies of Aleksandar Vučić from Šid – Sremska S televizija, Sremski M radio, and Sremske novine, in which he has just over six percent ownership, have been co-financed to date in the amount of more than 26.9 million dinars.

Next are the media companies of Danilo Babin - Vesti sa severa and its subsidiary Hashtag digital media group from Novi Sad. These two publishers, under which operate the media NS uživo, Vojvodina uživo, Moja Bačka Topola, Moj Vrbas, as well as the unregistered Dokumentarna TV registered at the same address, have received a total of 20.5 million dinars from the completed media competitions to date.

It is interesting to note that Zaple Media Group, which only launched several local media at the beginning of this year, where the main editor is Gradimir Banković from the Center for Social Stability, has received support for 12 projects worth more than 16.2 million dinars so far, the majority of which is from the Ministry of Information and Telecommunications - 4.9 million.

The recently established Association of Independent Journalists (ANS) received 1,110,000 dinars in Belgrade, 500,000 dinars in Novi Sad, and 1.3 million from the Ministry.
