ANEM ALARM: The violence of the guards at the illegal tent settlement in Pionirski Park against female and male journalists continues.
The news team from N1 television was stopped at the entrance to Pioneer Park, next to the City Assembly building, by a "marshal," as he introduced himself, who has been identified on social media from previous similar violent incidents as M.S. (34) from Sombor. He is reported to have been convicted multiple times and to have spent some time in prison.

Chronology of Attacks on Media Workers in the Area Between Pionirski Park and the National Assembly of Serbia
The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) has published a report titled "Chronology of Attacks on Media Workers in the Area Between Pioneer Park and the National Assembly of Serbia," in order to document all cases of threats to the safety of journalists in the so-called tent settlement in this area in the center of Belgrade. The document also serves as a reminder of unresolved cases of interference with the work of media representatives during a specific time period in a confined space that represented a sort of "forbidden city" for critical and professional media.

The editorial office of the daily newspaper and portal Danas received a threat to set the editorial office on fire in the comments. In response to the news titled "The solution for NIS is only temporary: If the buyer ends up being MOL, Serbia faces a 'Croatian scenario,'" a threat was sent from the account "Brine" containing the following message: "How can you not be ashamed to gloat over the misfortune that has befallen us? WE NEED TO THROW EXPLOSIVES ON DANAS" (errors are in the original message).

ANEM will not participate in proposing candidates for the election of members of the REM Council.
The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) will not respond to the Public Call of the Committee for Culture and Information, which is reinitiating the process for proposing candidates for four members of the Council of the Regulatory Body for Electronic Media (REM).

Unknown individuals early this morning pelted the entrance of the OzonPress and Čačanske novine editorial offices with eggs. The incident has been reported to the police, and as Stojan Marković, the owner of these Čačanske media outlets, stated to ANEM, a patrol arrived at the scene, took statements, and prepared a report.

ANEM: Suspect apprehended for the attack on Insider journalist Nataša Mijušković in “Ćacilend”
The Ministry of Internal Affairs apprehended J.P. yesterday, suspected of having attacked journalist Nataša Mijušković from Insider television on November 2nd in the tent settlement in front of the National Assembly of Serbia. He has been placed in custody for 48 hours for the criminal offense of "Coercion" as per Article 135, Paragraph 2 in connection with Paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code.

ANEM ALARM: Unacceptable targeting of Danica Vučević in Novosti, which has also drawn the attention of the president.
The Association of Independent Electronic Media (ANEM) strongly condemns the dissemination of falsehoods about N1 television journalist Danica Vučenic on the Večernje Novosti portal, which directly targets this journalist and threatens her safety. It is additionally concerning that other media outlets and Serbian President Aleksandar Vučić have joined this negative campaign.
